Terms are quoted per room daily including vat.
Sea View is charged daily per room at £15.00
Sea View & Balcony: Room charge of £20 per day, limited availability.
Family Room is for maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 3 children. Child for tariff purposes is up to 12.
Special Rates may apply for Bank Holidays and Air Show Weekend.
No Reduction is made for meals not taken.
Lifts: Not all bedrooms are directly accessible from the lift without additional stairs.
If you have any walking or medical difficulties,please ensure that you consult reception when booking.
A non-returnable deposit for the first nights stay is required to secure all bookings.
 
The management reserve the right to vary the tariffs given, and amenities and services described, without prior notice.
 
Conditions of Booking:
 
Payment Cancellation Holiday Insurance
Must be made prior to departure unless a previous arrangement has been agreed in writing for the account to be forwarded and in which case payment must be received within 8 days of departure.

Payment by cheque is only acceptable if backed by a bank card,up to the agreed limit. All major credit cards are accepted.
Must be made to the Hotel in the first instance by telephone and then in writing.Deposits may be returned at the discretion of the management,up to one calendar month before the arrival date. After that date the following cancellation fee will be levied: Under one month = Loss of deposit or 80% of confirmed price of stay whichever is greater.
All or part of any revenue received from the re-letting of cancelled accommodation may be deducted from the cancellation fees.
Unavoidable circumstances may result in you being unable to take your holiday as planned, or make it necessary for you to curtail it. as the Hotel has a right in Law to claim re-imbursement for the loss of revenue, we recommend taking out Holiday Insurance. A small fee will relieve you of any such liability, as a result of a member of your party being disabled by accidental injury, sickness, by death or any other insured event.We recommend J.L. All rooms have en-suite facilities and include digital TV, direct dial telephone, trouser press, hairdryer, radio alarm and tea making facilities.
