Andrew Paul - General Manager

It seems a long time ago when I first entered the catering industry as an evening waiter back in Birmingham in 1991.

My management training was completed at the Copthorne Hotel in Birmingham where I also studied and completed a degree in Hotel Business Management.

My career path led me to Bournemouth five years ago and ultimately my job as the General Manager at the Ocean View Hotel.

My beautiful daughter has just passed her third birthday and takes up the majority of my spare time.

For my sins, I am a keen follower of Aston Villa Football Club.
