Malcolm Mochrie - Head Chef

Malcolm was appointed as Head Chef at the Ocean View Hotel in October 2000 after being Second Chef at our sister hotel The Bay View Court.

He has acquired his culinary skills over the years by working in various catering establishments. These have ranged from several years in an Italian Restaurant, to running his own restaurant that eventually led him to Bournemouth and the Bay View Court Hotel.

Malcolm is a keen fisherman who also follows the fortunes of Tottenham Hotspurs Football Club. Happily married for eighteen years, their daughter dreams one day of becoming a ballerina.
